• All our products are made-to-order, so we require 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
• Production times may vary slightly depending on the product type and order volume.
Shipping Times:
• After production, shipping typically takes:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
• Exact delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and quantity of your order.
• We currently offer Standard shipping options.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your order’s journey.
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders):
• Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are determined by the destination country.
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend checking your local customs policies for details.
Lost or Delayed Packages:

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will replace the item at no additional cost after confirming with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@26jumpstreet.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
• If an order is returned to our production partner due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will notify you. Re-shipping costs will apply.
Holiday and High-Volume Periods:
• Please note that shipping and production times may be longer during holidays or high-volume shopping periods. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

• Printful’s Role: Since Printful handles both production and shipping, the production time (2–7 business days) is a key point to include.
• International Customs: Printful does not cover customs fees, so it’s important to make customers aware of their potential responsibility.
• Lost/Damaged Packages: Highlighting that lost or damaged items will be replaced ensures trust, especially since Printful handles such claims efficiently.
• Transparency in Delays: Mention potential delays during holidays or peak seasons to manage expectations.
