• Wrong or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong product or items are missing from your order, please let us know, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges:
• Size Issues: Because our products are custom-made upon order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.
• If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the design.
• Final Sale: All personalized or custom-printed items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact us at info@26jumpstreet.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) in question.
2. We will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Costs:
• If a replacement or refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of shipping.
• For other issues, customers are responsible for return shipping fees if applicable.
